Customer Service Process

Our Customer Service Process: Once you make contact with us, we will ask you several questions concerning the problems you are experiencing with your computer. Please be as precise as possible in explaining the problems. Some of the questions we will ask:

  • What symptoms is your computer displaying.? ( i.e. Slowness, Blue screen, Black screen, Constant Restarting, Error Code, etc)
  • When did the symptoms start; What were you doing on the computer?
  • Did you install any hardware or software just prior to experiencing computer problems?
  • Are you inquiring about upgrade services, so we can bring the needed upgrade componets.

An appointment will be scheduled. Once our technician arrives at your location, a work order will need to be signed by you. Your computer will be examined , so a work plan can be developed. The technician will go over the work plan with you in order to explain the work to be done and whether the work will be in-home or in-shop.

Our Guarantee: All labor is guaranteed from defects. If defects in labor occur, the defects will be repaired at no charge to the customer. If an installed part fails, we will help you with manufacturers' warranty claims. Guaranteed Service Policy: If we don't offer you an appointment within 48 hours of your request or we are late for an appointment, you will receive a 10% discount on the charge for labor and the trip fee.

Pricing

Simple Budget Pricing:

  • One Price of $79.95 to fix your computer. Depending on the services needed to fix your computer, your computer could be fixed at you home or at our shop. Free pick-up and delivery is included in the $79.95 price. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee if appointment is not cancelled before 9:00 AM of the day of the appointment.
  • The cost of componets/parts will be added.
  • Laptop hardware repair is a single $99.00 labor charge plus the cost of parts - In-shop only. Pickup and delivery to you is included.
  • Phone support is $39.95.
  • Remote repair is $39.95 per hour. One hour minumum then prorated by 15 minute increments. Your computer must be able to connect to the internet to use remote services. (i.e., operating system optimization, virus removal, software installations)
  • Customer loyality discount of 5% on (Parts & Labor) and on service plan renewals.

 

Service Plan is $299.95 or 12 montly payments of $27.95 and includes:

  • Four service calls.
  • One phone support up to one hour.
  • One remote service session of up to one hour.
  • No time limit to use plan benifits.
  • On renewal of service plan, any unused benefits of existing plan will be added to renewal plan. Customer loyality discount will apply on renewals.
